Dear friends, our International Çeşme 2020 Veteran Table Tennis tournament, which we planned to hold in Çeşme on 4-5 April 2020, has been postponed to a later date as a result of the decision regarding the cancellation of sports events across the country.
2020-2021 İZVET FREE TEAM LEAGUE DIRECTIVE:
1- Applications will be received until the end of October-2020.
2- Teams will apply with their player list.
3- There will be at least 3 and at most 5 players on the list.
4- Every player on the list will be charged.
5- Participation fees; Members and students 150 TL, non-members 250 TL.
6- Discount will be applied for women. Member women 75 TL, non-member women 125 TL.
7- Fees are collected once and in advance.
8- The number of teams in the league is limited to 14 teams in proportion to the number of tables. In order to complete the fixtures in the 14-team league, all teams will play against each other in the first half, and the league will be divided into two according to the points ranking at the end of the half and will be played as Playof-A and Playof-B.
If more than 14 teams apply, the total number of teams will be divided into two and two leagues will be played.
9- The league will start on Tuesday, 03.11.2020. Matches will start at 19:00 on Tuesdays, and team players who do not come will be waited until 19.30 at the latest. Otherwise; Matches will start with the players who are ready.
10- Each team has the right to postpone one game in each half. The right to postponement cannot be transferred to the next period or used before the right arises.
11-Teams will finish the 1st half with the same squad they started with. They will be able to make transfers at the beginning of the 2nd half. The player in question will not have played for another team in the same season. The 2nd cycle transfer participation fee will be as much as the relevant category stated above.
12-The results of the matches played will be recorded in the association rating system.
13-The match system to be played; In order to have more matches, the swaytling system will be used, where 9 single matches are played as 5 fields.
14-At the end of the season, the winning teams will be rewarded with medals, and tires, balls and textile gifts will be given by KBS company.
15- SPECIAL CASE:
a-) A team suffers a player injury, transfer, etc. that ends the season. If the team or teams lost due to various reasons, transfer permission may be given to the aggrieved team or teams by the decision of the Board of Directors.
b-) If a player in any of the team squads is to participate in a competition on the federation’s calendar, he will be considered on leave and that team’s match will be postponed without losing its right to postpone it.
